The North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) will be at the club this Saturday, from 2pm, offering free health MOTs which include blood pressure, heart rate and cholesterol checks as well as lifestyle chats.
Each MOT will only take 10 to 15 minutes – time well spent!
No appointment necessary.
