A huge congratulations to Tynedale youngster Ollie Fletcher who has been awarded a contract with the Newcastle Falcons Senior Academy. Ollie, a hooker, is in his final year at the Newcastle School for Boys where he is their 1stXV captain.

Eighteen-year-old Ollie has represented Newcastle Falcons at all age groups and was called into the England Under-18’s set up this season.

Ollie intends to study Psychology alongside his rugby programme at Newcastle Falcons.
Well done Ollie, enjoy the full rugby and life experience.

Also the Club is pleased to be able to congratulate Rob Farrar who has been promoted from the Newcastle Falcons Senior Academy to their first team squad. Rob made 14 appearances for Tynedale in season 2018-2019 and made his Gallagher Premiership debut for Newcastle Falcons earlier this season at Sale.
