Despite the rugby match being postponed due to the frost bound pitch a great time was had by all.
"On Saturday we hosted our first every Women in Sport Lunch at Tynedale RFC. It was lovely to meet so many women from different sporting backgrounds and a great opportunity to celebrate their success!
A big thank you to all of the women who attended and showed their support and to all of the staff and volunteers at Tynedale RFC for a fantastic afternoon of food and drink!
An extra thank you to INSYNCTHERAPY and CRANSTONS for their contribution to the raffle which helped to raise a great amount for the club! "

Keep an eye out in the new year for our Tynedale Women in Sport summer event!

Tynedale RFC Ladies would like to invite you and/or your team to our Tynedale Women in Sport Lunch on Saturday 2nd December at Tynedale Rugby Club.

We hope this will be a great opportunity for like minded women from all sporting backgrounds to come together, socialise, network, enjoy some great food and drink and mostly to celebrate being women who love playing and being involved in sport!

We are pleased to say we have Ruth Scott, President of the Northumberland RFU, and Penny Stewart, RFU Council member, attending the meal.

Team tables are available and tickets are £20pp which include a 2 course meal and entry into the Men’s First Team game that afternoon in National League 2 North against league leaders Leeds Tykes.

The clubhouse bar will be open all day!
Perhaps a good idea for your Christmas do!

• 12 noon – Meet
• 12.30pm - Sit down for lunch
• 2pm – Men's first team match kicks off

Bar open all afternoon and evening.
