Robert Parker kicked an early penalty for the visitors' first points of the day but Hoppers fought back with a try from Ben Pearson after the full-back and Jacob Browne showed their footballing skills to create the score.
Harry Moulding scored the hosts' second when he burst from the base of the scrum to dive over in the corner.
Tynedale got their first try when Josh Leslie capitalised on a Hoppers' mistake to score under the posts, but Hoppers were relentless and Tom Guest scored straight from the kick off.
Oli Trippier then wrapped up a bonus-point before half-time when he scored from a rolling maul, to make the score 28-10 at the interval.
Jake Maher added another score to the hosts' total with a solo effort before Tynedale scored their second try when Louis Frankland went over from a maul.
Will Clapham extended Hoppers' lead in the 65th minute after a flowing backs move created the overlap.
The North-East outfit mounted a late comeback with quickfire tries from Ben Blackburn, Ben Haigh and Alex Dryden closing within seven points but Hoppers held on.
