Report taken from "The Rugby Paper":-
A rip-roaring battle of the Dales ended with Tynedale on top in a bruising 11-try encounter.
Wharfedale raced into an early lead with the first of three tries from Rian Hamilton followed by a score from Harry Bullough, before Tynedale hit back with tries from Will Roberts and Rhys Beeckmans. Both Tynedale scores were converted by Josh Leslie to give the Northumbrians a 14-10 advantage after 28 minutes.
A try in the corner by Isaac Keller extended Tynedale's lead, but a powerful surge by Josh Prell brought him a try converted by Rob Davidson to make it 19-17 to Tynedale at the break.
A bright start to the second half gave leading try scorer Roberts his second try just two minutes in, but Hamilton rounded off more good work by the Wharfedale backs to bring it back to 24-22 after 50 minutes.
A Leslie penalty eased Tynedale further ahead before the fly-half pounced on a loose ball and galloped 20 metres to touch down for a try he converted himself.
Hamilton's hat-trick score after 70 minutes gave Wharfedale hope at 34-29, but Tynedale finished strongly with Dan Taylor touching down for fellow replacement Jake Rodgers to convert to make the game safe and give Tynedale a winning margin that they probably deserved.
