After three successive abortive trips into Yorkshire, as the result of various storms, its try again this week as the 1stXV hopefully travel to play Huddersfield.

Huddersfield currently sit 4 places below Tyne in the league with only 5 fewer points as the league in the mid to lower area gets really “interesting”.

In the match between the two clubs played at Tynedale Park on 2nd November Tyne came out 33-18 winners, scoring 5 tries in the process with the visitors scoring three of their own.

Huddersfield , as ever, will offer really tough opposition but Tyne will travel with real intent as we look to improve our away record and consolidate our position in the league.
