The River Tyne Level at Corbridge peaked at 5.8 metres ( a record)
(The level of the river for floods of 2005 peaked at 5.14 metres)
The flood bank was breached somewhere close to the bridge on the Saturday evening.
Although the pitches and changing rooms were quickly available for use the club was unable to hire any portakabins to provide temporary clubhouse facilities (like in 2005) as the hire companies could not get any insurance.
All 1stXV home matches were played at Kingston Park for the remainder of the 2015-2016 season.
