Welcome to the Tynedale Panthers, the girls’ section of Tynedale RFC. We have teams at U12, U14, U16 and U18 and we are always looking to recruit new players. We offer something for everyone - for those who simply enjoy playing, getting muddy and being part of a team, to those with county and country aspirations.

Girls' rugby is booming as we enjoy the 2025 Women’s World Cup - come on the Red Roses! The number of girls participating in Northumberland is rising quickly and Tynedale is one of the main clubs for girls’ rugby. At Tynedale, we welcome players of all abilities, including those that have not played before.

For the 2025/2026 season we are running squads at U12, U14 & U16 age groups. Rugby is a very social game suited to players of all abilities. So, if you’re thinking about it, get in touch, come along and give it a try… (No pun intended!)

All squads train on Wednesday evenings at 18:30. On Sundays, we either train in the morning or have matches in the afternoon. Match shirts are provided by the club.

Tynedale Panthers' head coaches are: Will Allen (U16), Steven Gradwell (U14) and Mike Coll (U12), brilliantly supported by Clare Grant, Fergus Mitchell & Andrew Hindmarsh.
